Welcome to DM Tools, a repository for user-created NPCs that time-crunched DMs can use to create an interesting opponent for your players without spending hours that you don't have to make them.
How to use the Stat Block Bank
- Browse All: A complete list of the stat blocks.
- Browse 25 Newest: The latest in the Stat Block Bank.
- By Campaign: Select this topic if you want to see NPCs created for a specific campaign world.
- By CR: Use this topic if you want a breakdown of NPCs by their Challenge Rating.
- By Class: If you're looking for a particular opponent with a particular class, select this topic.
- By Contributor: Provides a list of NPC stat blocks by their contributors.
- By Race: An easily browsed list of the races that are in the Stat Block Bank.
- By Sourcebook: A list of sourcebooks that are used in the Stat Block Bank.
- Make a Request: Add a request to be filled.
- View Requests: View requests to be claimed.
Clicking on any column header will let you sort the columns; click on it again to do a reverse sort.
To view a stat block, simply click on the name of any result that you see.
User Options
- Sourcebooks: Not all of us have the latest sourcebook - the site will allow you to select which sourcebooks you have access to AND will only display those results! This feature is fully integrated into the site and all of the generators use them.
- Print: Simply print the page for the full stat block.
- 3x5 / 4x6 / 5x8 Card: Each page will have a "3x5 / 4x6 / 5x8 card" link under the Challenge Rating. Click on this to display the stat block in an abbreviated format suitable for printing on an index card.
