Binding Whip (Ex): Madame Mum may make a whip attack at a foe within 5-ft without provoking an AoO. In addition, she may attempt to bind a Large or smaller foe within 5-ft with a successful melee touch attack. If successful, make a Use Rope (DC 15) check as a free action. On success, the foe is entangled (Strength DC 25 check or an Escape Artist check (equal to Use Rope check) frees the creature). Attempts to cast spells while entangled require the caster to make a Concentration check (DC 15).
