Madame Mum may deal 1d3 points of subdual damage to a foe that she is in physical contact with. (Fort DC 15). Cannot use this ability with a weapon and cannot add Strength modifiers to damage. Can use it in conjunction with an unarmed strike, unarmed sneak attack, or a touch spell (physical contact required).
Binding Whip (Ex):
Madame Mum may make a whip attack at a foe within 5-ft without provoking an AoO. In addition, she may attempt to bind a Large or smaller foe within 5-ft with a successful melee touch attack. If successful, make a Use Rope (DC 15) check as a free action. On success, the foe is entangled (Strength DC 25 check or an Escape Artist check (equal to Use Rope check) frees the creature). Attempts to cast spells while entangled require the caster to make a Concentration check (DC 15).
Deadly Whip (Ex):
Madame Mum may choose to do lethal rather than nonlethal damage with a whip.
