Bleed Wounds (Ex):
A wound from Frodigad's claw attack continues to bleed after the injury was inflicted. Each wound bleeds for 1 point of damage per round thereafter. Multiple claw wounds result in cumulative bleeding loss (two wounds deal 2 points of damage per round, and so on). The bleeding can be stopped only by a successful DC 15 Heal check or the application of any cure spell or other healing spell (heal, mass heal, and so on).
If an assassin studies his victim for 3 rounds and then makes a sneak attack with a melee weapon that successfully deals damage, the sneak attack has the additional effect of possibly either paralyzing or killing the target (assassinís choice). While studying the victim, the assassin can undertake other actions so long as his attention stays focused on the target and the target does not detect the assassin or recognize the assassin as an enemy. If the victim of such an attack fails a Fortitude save (DC 10 + the assassinís class level + the assassinís Int modifier) against the kill effect, she dies. If the saving throw fails against the paralysis effect, the victim is rendered helpless and unable to act for 1d6 rounds plus 1 round per level of the assassin. If the victimís saving throw succeeds, the attack is just a normal sneak attack. Once the assassin has completed the 3 rounds of study, he must make the death attack within the next 3 rounds.
If a death attack is attempted and fails (the victim makes her save) or if the assassin does not launch the attack within 3 rounds of completing the study, 3 new rounds of study are required before he can attempt another death attack.
Assassins are trained in the use of poison and never risk accidentally poisoning themselves when applying poison to a blade.
Frodigad can only use this ability when airborne. When Frodigad gets a hold on a nonflying opponent of Medium or smaller size it can ascend with the grappled creature. When carrying a medium load (a creature weighing between 467 and 932 pounds), Frodigad's fly speed drops to 60 ft. and it takes a -3 penalty on Hide and Move Silently checks; these penalties worsen to -6 with a heavy load (a creature weighing between 933 and 1,400 pounds). Frodigad can't carry a load of more than 800 pounds.
Medium Fortification (Ex):
Whenever a sneak attack or critical hit is scored against Frodigad, there is a 75% chance that the extra damage is negated and damage is rolled normally.
Attack bonus +22, damage 1d6+10. When Frodigad gets a hold it can make two rake attacks with its hind legs. This includes using the Power Attack feat to take a -3 penalty on its attack rolls and gain +3 on damage rolls.
Rapid Attacks (Ex):
Frodigad may make an extra ranged attack at its highest attack bonus during any attack action and when making a full attack. Furthermore, it may modify any or all of its melee attack rolls with its Dexterity modifier instead of its Strength modifier, if desired. When it makes this substitution for all its melee attacks in an attack action or a full attack, it gains an extra melee attack at its highest attack bonus.
Summon Yugoloth (Ex):
Once per day, Frodigad can attempt to summon another nycaloth or 1d3 mezzoloths with a 30% chance of success.
* Includes adjustments for 3 point power attack.
