Atk Options Close quarters fighting: You gain an attack of opportunity when an opponent attempts to grapple you, even if they have a feat or special ability that normally disallows attacks of opportunity for grapple attempts. Additionally, if your attack of opportunity is successful, you may add the damage you dealt to your opposed check to resist being grappled.
Def Options Phalanx fighting: when using a heavy shield and a light weapon, you gain a +1 bonus to AC (not included in stat block). If you are within 5 feet of an ally who is using a heavy shield and light weapon, and who also has this feat, you may form a shield wall. A shield wall provides an additional +2 bonus to AC and a +1 bonus to Reflex saves to all eligible characters participating in the shield wall.

Improved uncanny dodge
Special Actions Defensive Stance: This character can enter a defensive stance, gaining +2 STR, +4 CON, +2 resistance bonus to all saves, and a +4 dodge bonus to AC. While in this stance the character cannot voluntarily move or use any skills that require him to shift his position. The stance lasts for 3+[(improved) Constitution modifier] rounds, but may be ended sooner than that voluntarily. At the end of the defensive stance the character is winded and takes a -2 penalty to STR for the duration of the encounter. Assuming a defensive stance takes no time, but can only be done on the character's turn.
